Transmission mode of claims and contact details
The contractor, the insured, the beneficiary and the damaged have the right, without prejudice to the possibility to refer to the Judicial Authority, to submit a claim in writing to the intermediary or to the insurance company.

The claims management department is not outsourced.

The intermediary is obliged to provide a written reply within 45 days from the date of receipt of the claim.
The contractor, the insured, the beneficiary and the damaged also have the possibility, if not satisfied with the outcome of the claim or in the event of absence of feedback from the intermediary or the insurance company within the term of law (45 days from the date of receipt of the claim by the intermediary), to apply to IVASS, Intermediary Supervisory Service, Via del Quirinale 21 – 00187 Rome (fax: 06 42133206, pec: ivass@pec.ivass.it, Info on: www.ivass.it), attaching the documentation relating to the claim handled by the intermediary or the principal. The information is integrated with the procedure for the submission of claims in the event of free collaboration relationships within the meaning of Article 22, paragraph 10, Law Decree 179/2012 converted into Law 221/2012.
