PCA is a company with quality system certified according to the standards UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
Through constant monitoring of the procedures applied within the departments of the Company, the Quality Control team is able to formulate corrective actions which allow to improve the activities of design and delivery of insurance brokerage and claims management services in the context of the entire business.
The entire activity and the client service, is subjected to constant monitoring by the auditors, that through processes governed in a mandatory manner, carry out audits at all the locations distributed over the territory.
